Cold, too busy and uncomfortable are the words I’d use to describe this place. You need to wear a wetsuit or you’ll freeze to death so that was fun being uncomfortable. Also the water is too cold even in summer and I got out about 5 minutes later from just getting in. They also let way too many people in one session so it’s kinda hard to even enjoy it when people are just running and pushing past you. It’s basically a free for all. Expensive and you can go to much better ones that aren’t freezing cold and overpriced. I also sustained an injury there where I had broken my real nail in half too.

The only thing we did twice on our holiday. The kids loved it, and parents enjoyed it too. Booking is required in advance and it was busy, but not problematically so. My son had a minor injury on the second visit and the first aid response was excellent and smooth - better than I expected.Only bit of feedback is that as they allow physical contact/shoving in water, and people were told this in the briefing on our first visit so some of the groups were basically wrestling on some of the equipment. I felt the life guards should have asked them to tone it down a bit, as it was a bit intimidating for younger children. On the second visit a different supervisor didn't say this in the briefing and it didn't happen as much.As there were no lockers I was anxious about car keys. Feel this is probably as they don't expect everyone in the water, and keys could get lost, but I would have welcomed a better system for security.

Aqua park was clean, well run and organised and felt very safe. Participants are well equipped with wet suits, buoyancy aid and optional grippy socks plus a coloured t-shirt. Our Teenagers had a lot of fun. Outside showers and coffee shop on hand.

the aqua park itself was very fun and enjoyable, however the staff weren’t very friendly, were very judgmental, and were rather rude. they talked to each other about the people playing and laughed about them to each other, when i had to get pulled up out of the water the staff were laughing about me to each other.other than that we had a great time.

This is a fantastic place to go for some fun activities. You get an hour of fun on the massive inflatable assault course with a borrowed wetsuit and life jacket. Our boys really enjoyed it! If you are spectators you should take something warm to wear as it does get quite cold and windy - it's an exposed area even in a warm summer.

The Aqua Park at Tapnell Farm, Isle of Wight is an absolute joy and great family fun. So much so, we have visited 5 times this year!Well organised friendly staff and lifeguards. Supplied wet suits for free unlike others back home in Surrey. Will be returning to the best value for money activity on the island.

Really fun experience every time I visit. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Really unique features in the park, making it stand out from others. You also get a lot more freedom, given there's no set route and you can basically do whatever you want for a whole hour on the park

An absolutely awesome experience, my eight year old daughter loved it too! The aqua Park itself was a very good size (at least twice the size of the one near home in the Albert Dock in Liverpool) and the obstacles were varied and challenging enough. It felt very safe with lots of lifeguards and clear procedures. The hour session was definitely the right length of time with plenty of time to get more confident and climb the harder parts.I was very impressed with the preparation and briefing process, especially as the next hours group totally avoided ours. There were lockers available for those who didn't have spectators watching (I'm not sure what other security could be provided).Yes it is pricey but far more value for money than a lot of other attractions and you get a small workout too.

If you are on the IOW this is a fab way to spend a few hours getting wet and shattered! The water is in great condition, as is the surrounding water area. The nicest one of these ive seen. They have loads of equipment as well, for all shapes and sizes, loads of other things right beside to entertain other family members as well.

Absolutely amazing. Incredibly fun for all the family. Water course was fun and difficult. Requires quite a bit of energy to keep pulling yourself out of the water but great challenges. All staff were extremely friendly. Plenty of life guards on duty checking everyone was safe.Wet suits provided and water socks can be purchased.Viewing platform for spectators to watch. Both separate changing rooms and individual stalls available. No secure lockers so don't leave valuables.
