Absolutely shocking customer service. We we were looking a bathroom window installed before the end of January. Rang the office 2 weeks before Christmas to be informed this would be no problem, and I would receive a qoute shortly - no qoute - rang back at lunch time to be told the same - no qoute. We called in to the showroom in person two days later - told we will call with a qoute before lunch time - no qoute!So we went to Focus Windows - very professional from start to finish a fantastic company which I highly recommend

After service wasn't good answering machine when you ring a lot of times. Door leaked water 4 times came out to look at it once.

Maybe an explanation would help.... The Company Director's son called to the house of my elderly parents and gave an extortionate quote for fixing the pvc door barrel lock (£60) and locking mechanism strip (£100)in total £160.He asked my parents initially for £160 cash. My parents didn't have the cash and they called me for advice.... I told them to hold off getting the work done untill I returned.The gentleman from S&S Windows then went on to ask my parents to pay to his personal PayPal account (£160)Luckily they didn't pay as I purchased the barrel myself for £7.50 and the locking mechanism strip for £21. Fitted within a few minutes. In total £28.50. A considerable amount cheaper than the £160 quoted !

I had a new door fitted yesterday. Delighted with the service provided from start to finish. Love my new door - great tidy job - would recommend S&S Windows if you are considering replacement windows or doors.

Ordered windows and doors worth in excess of £7000 with s&s a few years ago.The job was done fine with a big pitch of excellent after sales being available.2 months ago our door handle stopped returning to its normal position. The problem was explained to s&s asking for their help. A co-owner came out explaining the problem was simply a broken spring but yet would cost £130 to fix. For a spring???S&s stated they would review the price and come back to us.After 8 weeks of us ringing them and leaving messages, noone returned our calls. Today we spoke to a s&s rep who was told by the co-owner it was now a broken locking mechanism??? Yet the door locks fine.Poor customer service when they know rightly its a broken spring!Could they have fixed it for a decent price instead of trying to rip us off?Could they have fixed it free as a sign of good faith towards a customer.Could they at least have provided a spring for us to try?Anything rather than ignoring us would have been good.Never to return to them, as i fear their response for a bigger problem!

First class job from start to finish windows an doors look amazing we are delighted. Workers are professional pleasant n always on time cleaning up when they were finish each day. The fitters worked so hard in that heat too thanks so much guys for everything. Would definitely recommend. S&S windows

S&S Windows Antrim are a class act and our experience could not be faulted. We had a full set of doors and windows fitted - the service was excellent and the work exemplary The fitters were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and fast, they tidied up after each day and even brought their own vacuum. The owner, Stevie, is a man of his word who does what he says he will do and is slso completely professional in his outlook, customer service and strives for 100% job satisfaction. I would recommend S&S windows to anyone. These guys know how to produce an excellent result. Five stars!

I have just (Today) had my windows and doors replaced and the whole process from quote to ordering to arrival was first class The fitters were very professional and the work was exemplary. The fitting was completed over 2 1/2 days and the job and the clean up was immaculate. I would heartily recommend

Had a new PVC door fitted several years ago. Nothing but bother with wind blowing round it through it. Arrived in store and spoke to Thomas about problem and while there decided to change door for composite one. Thomas took details door chosen and as they had fitted my PVC door all that was required was a price. One month later still no price arrived, decided to enquire with another local firm who managed to give me a price whilst there. Needless to say they have now got the job of supply and fit and also fitting new windows to my house. Whilst measuring for the new door I was informed my door did not fit correctly was fitted totally off Centet at an angle and was also twisted and could never have been adjusted to stop the wind blowing through even if Thomas had bothered to do anything about it. Prior to fitting the new door I had to remove the surrounding plastic trim and remove all silicone cases the new supplier could not guarantee removal of it all due to the amount holding the door and frame together. On removal I found the door to be as per above badly fitting. I tried to email the owner Stevie and was informed by Thomas to send it to him and he would let Stevie read it. This was done with pictures included. Had a phone call from Stevie who explained I should have spoken to him direct (Why employ staff and do it yourself)? Stevie gave an apology and was going to speak with Thomas I explained my displeasure about the door and the fitment and Stevie asked what I expected him to do about it I replied that I’d leave it with him to work out and offered him the old door before I reviewed his company. Received an email from Thomas Stevie will be in touch by end of the week he also sent an apology stating that no one’s perfect mistakes happen. At time of writing still no reply from Stevie Whilst I believe in supporting local small businesses unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to recommend this one. Stay well clear find another firm who are professional in all areas of sales and aftercare

First class job. Included a 5 section bay window. Repaired and plastered the window and door surrounds. Doing away with the plastic strips. Much nearer and better looking. Replaced 3 panes which arrived and when unpacked had marks on them replaced within a week.
