12.30pm ran out of buns for the hotdog and was not cheaper even though no bread bun. Then no chips. What's the point having food on if the main items are out of stock at lunch time. Then I went to the toilets at 12.40om and they had just been cleaned the floor was wet and slippery

Went on Sunday with my friend for a.long overdue game.All.facilities were extremely clean - nice temperature in the main hall and helpful staffThe absolute highlight of out visit was our interaction with Liz in the kitchen.We ordered the meal deal at £2 unaware that she finished cooking at 2pm (the offer was on until 2.30 so maybe needs amending) but she bent over backwards to keep us happy - even though a bag of crisps would have been fine - Liz insisted she would make us our hotdogs and they were absolutely beautiful.You have a little gem in Liz and she definitely needs to be cherished - she is a credit to your establishment and we will visit again - we will also make sure we go out of our way to speak to Liz.Absolute diamond. Thankyou so much - you made our visit 100 times more enjoyable

I'm new to bingo and only won once.. but its ace me and the wife love it

Will not go here again I fancy a change wish i just wish what to my normal cub (castleford ) a lot better customer service The bingo caller with green hair had no customer service. Has no customer service like moat of the staff. She did not say anything after the late game she just walked what up for say something like thanks for playing anything like she can't wait to get home.

Good night out to play bingo wasn't busy prize money still was good

A great place to visit with friends, lovely staff who can't do enough to help if need it, plus I won which rounded the evening off brilliantly

Friendly staff but the food is frozen rubbish

Me and my two friends spent £216 on tickets (max tickets) for earlies, main and late game. We did not win a thing! The atmosphere was pretty dead too. We spent £30 in taxi fares to come here especially too. My friends got 50% off food and drink too for becoming new members and yet the vouchers didn’t work against their choice of drinks or food, so they didn’t 50% either. In total we spent over £250 there and we felt we’d of had a better night out going for cocktails. At least we would of enjoyed our night! Won’t be coming here again.

Tried first time last Bank Holiday Monday, I'm not lying when I say there were roughly 10 people in, don't know how it is in business. Great friendly staff though. Shame really. I remember going to bingo with my Mum as a kid and the bingo Hall was always packed to the rafters. How times change.
