Cleveland Cycles

We visited Cleveland Cycles in Coningsby on Saturday to look for a bike for our 8 year old son. They have a huge selection and are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We made our purchase and the bike was prepped and ready to collect a couple of hours later. Absolutely fantastic service and I feel the aftercare servicing etc will be spot on too. Thank you, we will definately recommend to other.

Brilliant support and guidance for the purchase of 2 bikes for my 6 years olds.Afforded plenty of time to size them up and a really quick turnaround to set the bikes up for collection.Fully recommend!

Me & my husband visited to purchase a new bike for our 6 year olds birthday. The lovely guy we spoke to insisted we bring our daughter with us to check the bike would be the correct size , he didn’t want us to purchase the wrong bike.Today i popped in with her and got a much bigger bike than i thought , it fits perfectly & can grow with her . Very good service much better that a trip to halfords thanks very much .

We’ve just purchased a Wisper electric folding bike For my hubby.The service from Cleveland Cycles was first class as usual.Malcolm and John spend time with you, making sure the bike is fitting properly, showing you how to adjust the bike to get the perfect fit.We are really happy with the service and after care. We are lucky that it’s on our doorstep. You never know, once I’ve had a go on this bike, I might be back for one myself❤️Edit:I’ve just collected my mountain bike from being serviced.I have an old mountain bike that I just couldn’t get comfy on. Malcolm took a look and suggested a fix that’s worked.My hands would go numb, I was stretching to reach the handlebars. Today a new stem that adjusts was added, new comfy handlebar grips and a full service.I’ve just been out on a decent ride and, it’s like a new bike.Very pleased with the service and, the first class shop service again. I can highly recommend Cleveland Cycles.

Top notch - very well worth spending a little bit more here. The bikes are well spec'd and properly put together, with free servicing and excellent after-sales support. We made a few mistakes buying family bikes from Halfords. Those bikes were not well assembled and literally fell apart. Even inner tubes were not correctly sized for wheels! Cleveland bikes are generally more expensive, but you get much more for your money and they are properly assembled by somebody who is really into cycling and knows their stuff. Very happy with the service and product and will go back next time.

Has to be a 5 star review. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Bike configured exactly as I requested; price more than competitive; friendly & professional advice given freely. Really don't know what more you could ask for.

Really helpful and gave us some great advice when choosing our first bikes. So glad we used a shop like this, rather than ordering on the internet. It's not always about price, the service and after sales support are equally if not more important.

This is the second time I've bought a cycle from here and have always had fabulous customer service and found everyone has excellent knowledge about the products available.Follow up servicing's have always been easy to book and carried out quickly and whenever I've need things replacing through wear and tear prices have been competitive, with turn around times being really quick.So glad I could use the cycle2work scheme and I'm looking forward to doing so again next time I can apply!

Just bought two bikes and had great help and advice from Malcolm. A very good choice and most impressed. Local service is good to have. There was a great choice of bikes especially Giant ones compared to where we had tried first. There was no pressure and a lot of guidance. Much appreciated.
