My daughter had her nails done today , waited over a hour ,she has left with brushed thumb as man was very rough then he walked our shop for 30 mins without any explanation a lady took over she was extremely rough too and they did a rushed job and is left not happy with the colour as not what she wanted. very poor service !

Booked an appointment for 430pm. Got there 3 people getting nails done with 2 staff - was told to go sit in the back and wait. There were another 4 people waiting infront if me. Turned out they didn’t do actual appointments and just had to wait - given the time it would have been 630pm before I got my nails done so finished by 730. This is not how to run a business really is it ?

Love this place. Everytime i go the designs i want are not a problem. I need them to last for a month before i can get back & never had a problem. Highly recommend Happy Nails

Booked but wasn’t seen for half hour, asked for mani pedi but was given paint and file only, either because too busy or spa chair was out of order. Nail varnish was weak and see-through, could have done a better job myself at home. Wouldn’t go again.

Hmmm, not the best nails I have to say. Finish on the gel is bumpy, I have colour on the skin around a couple of the nails, really thin coating of builder gel compared to many otber places I have been. General attention to the finish is poor to be honest. I visited on a whim, I don't live locally but wouldn't rush back.
