Eric Holmgren Massage and Fitness

I was lucky enough to find Eric through our local community website and got in touch. We had a chat on video phone last September and I liked his approach and gentle way of talking about massage. Having had numerous sports massages in the past in my old home-town in North Kent, I moved to Broadstairs 3 years ago and have not found anyone who really can give a good sports massage with a thorough understanding of how the body is put together.Until I met Eric!Eric comes to my house once a month and gives me an excellent one hour massage and has recently helped guide me through a particular challenging episode of cranky back" with isolated stretching (as well as massage) and this was very helpful in getting me back on track with my mobility and approach to exercise. He is reliable and courteous and I cannot recommend him highly enough."

Hi, can highly recommend Eric, I had NHS Physio and Acupuncture for 12 weeks for my shoulder which never worked, and the next course of action was surgery. I saw Eric and within two sessions my shoulder was totally mobile again. I have recommended friends to him for different problems, and they have all without exception cant thank him enough.

I can’t speak highly enough of Eric. He is very professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel completely at ease. He certainly helped me enormously with my sciatica in just a few sessions. I would highly recommend him.
