Miho is an outstanding baking instructor. Authentic Japanese baked goods are underrepresented in Cambridge, but Sakura Bakery provides a means both to sample and make your own. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you want to learn more about Japanese cuisine and learn overall valuable baking skills.

I attended the online baking class for Edamame Cheese Buns and Café Latte Patisseries. Miho sensei was kind and patient, she watched us working on the dough and gave us tips on how to roll and knead. The class was a new experience for me and it was made much easier with the knowledge from Miho sensei. The buns turned out super yummy too! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try baking!!

It was the very first time ever to make some proper breads this morning online. I made some Melon Pan(Japanese bread) , and the Melon pan is one of my favourite things to eat, so I always wanted to make them. Today, my dream did come true which was literally the happiest time ever for me, I really enjoyed the whole process, so if someone wants to try to make some breads, then contact her! She is the amazing person!

My fiancee had a baking class with Miho and came home with her first attempt at the much loved Melon-pan. It was so delicious reminded me of food in Japan while I was there working years ago.Can't wait to try some more!

I did a 1 to 1 class with Miho and it was so much fun. I learnt a new skill. The curry bread was amazing. My husband enjoyed everything I baked. I'm hoping to join one of her classes at Coleridge school in March. Highly recommend.
