Skegness Distillery

One word to sum up our visit ... AMAZING!We visited the distillery as part of my hen do and as the bride to be I can only say it was perfect from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left! (In fact we didn't want to leave!) The team really went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome with so many little touches that really meant a lot!The whole group loved every moment, some have now converted to gin drinkers following our visit! We had so much fun, played games and laughed none stop! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of gin we got to sample (which was lovely and resulted in us all taking some home!)!A fantastic knowledgable team! A small family business that is full or passion and an incredible backstory!A must do when visiting Skegness - we will be back can't wait to bring my hubby to be in the summer so he can try the rum!Can't thank you all enough for making this so special and a real highlight of our weekend! ❤️

After looking for something to do in the local area whilst on a family trip I found the Spirit of Skegness. I got in touch to see what we could arrange and booked the cocktail master class for 6 (plus our dog!)Sarah and Richard were so accommodating, knowledgeable and just really lovely.So glad we booked up - couldn’t recommend enough!

Such a knowledgeable couple, full of information and humour, a brilliant few hours of nibbles, drink, information, drink, making gin or rum, tasting and a quiz and tour to finish, absolutely brilliant afternoon, DO get the bus DON'T come by car!!!

I've placed several orders with this distillery and I've been delighted with the service. Their packaging is first rate; inflatable bottle carriers used inside the packaging to protect the contents. Even some additional bubble wrap with my last order. Their gin is of high quality. I'd recommend them.

My daughters booked an evening at the distillery to celebrate a special birthday with them both and my closest friends. We travelled into Skegness from our holiday cottage not knowing what to expect, other than sampling excellent gins. It goes without saying the cocktails and drinks were amazing, but the evening was made even more memorable thanks to the warm welcome and laughs we had with the owners.A great memory to remember my special day, thank you Richard & Sarah

We did the gin school and it was so worth the money. It was a fabulous time we had lots of cocktails and learnt how to make gin with the loveliest people. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great afternoon out.

Arranged this for my mums birthday, it was really interesting and fun! We had a great time and learnt a bit along the way. We were given some very nice cocktails and shots. The hosts were very friendly! :). We enjoyed the drinks we bought from the shop after!

Attended the gin tasting over the weekend, was a great experience especially considering it was just me and my partner so it was definitely more personal. Rich and Sarah were most accommodations hosts, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to/ask questions. Definitely worth the money to go, we have been to a few gin tastings across England but this one by far topped them! Felt the experience was unique and more personable as opposed to a large company gin tours. Personal favourite of ours was the mango and passion fruit gin, also loved the fact they sell the Stonewall gin which shines an important LGBTQ+ event in history and will live on through tasty gin!Jamie and I would definitely return for the gin school too!

We attended a gin and cocktail tasting at the Skegness distillery last weekend and what an amazing experience it was. We have had many distillery tours at other companies and this was by far the best we have done. Sarah and Richard were extremely welcoming and were very knowledgable about gin making. Another couple were making their own gin during our session so we also got to view that process which we wouldn't of had exposure to normally which made the experience even better. 100% value for money, they could easily charge more for the service they provide. We will return.
