Hi My wife and I use Hattons travel daily on bus route 297 as we reside in Knowsley Village but recently my wife lost her bus pass thinking she may have dropped it on bus.I telephoned Hattons Travel to see if it had been handed in to driver, and gentleman with whom I spoke to said somebody would call me back after enquiring when all drivers had returned to Depot.Never received the call back, disappointed to say the least.Paul Dunne

Great coach holidays and day trips I'm going with them to Blackpool this Monday to Friday they pick you up at your front door you don't handle your case til it's in your hotel room the coach sells sandwiches hot and cold drinks even beers wines and spirits all the staff are really helpful from the staff in the office when you book to the drivers and couriers all polite and go out of their way for you thanks hattons xxx
