I sold and purchased a property with UPS and I am so glad I did! When it came to selling my first home, Keith made everything feel very relaxed and stress free. He came out to the house at 10am and it was on the market by 1pm. Keith even came back to the house the next day when the sun was shining to update the photos! Lynzi then took care of the sale and she is absolutely incredible. Again, Lynzi made everything feel really easy and stress free and kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process. I never had to ask for an update once! She liaised with solicitors, buyers and sellers estate agents and went over and above on so many occasions for us. Everyone in the office is absolutely lovely too. Thank you so much for making something so daunting feel incredibly easy and exciting. I would highly recommend UPS Glengormley to anyone that is buying and/or selling a house.

I cannot recommend UPS Glengormley highly enough. From my initial enquiry with Linzi who give me great advice to then Keith coming out and advising me on getting my property sale ready to the incredibly fast sale of my property. Throughout the process Clarke give me weekly updates on the progress of the sale which greatly reduced my anxiety levels. They have been an amazing team to work with and due to their constant communication have made what would normally be a very stressful process as stress free as possible so I cannot recommend them highly enough. I first dealt with Keith @ UPS over 15 years so he was always going to be the guy to sell my house. This was because, I knew he would not only sell my house but sell it at the price I wanted to sell and no less!In fact, Keith and Clarke sold my house not once but twice very recently, all during the recent mortgage interest rates hike. Keith knows I was attached to my house, and I put so much time, efforts, and money to make it very presentable for sale.Glad they found a nice young working couple embarking on living in their first marital home and hope they enjoy living in the house as much I did.Also, I was also very impressed with Lynzi who dealt with the formality of the post sale process and helped to deal with the survey report points and get the sale over the line.Yes definitely, I would deal with Keith and UPS team again.
