There was a recommendation to use Brandon Chrichton's services, at Manchester money, on a South African Facebook community page. We decided to get to get in contact after speaking to several other brokers. My wife and I immediately felt more confident and thoroughly informed after being in contact with Brandon, seeing as though he has first hand experience with dealing with mortgage appliactions for British residents that don't yet have indefinite leave to remain status. Brandon was always on top of our case even though he was on leave during the intitial stages of our enquiry and application. He was very open and honest with us from the get go and did everything in his power to get us the best deal. I would recommend Brandon and his firm a million times over. We are exceptionally satisfied with their services and will continue to use them for any other mortgage or financial needs.

I just received confirmation of my mortgage offer today, prior to that the service has been top notch.As a first time buyer and complete novice I found Holly to be a brilliant broker, always available to respond either via email, text or phone. Very helpful in guiding me through the process and recommending trusted services. Beyond securing a mortgage deal she has also supported me with putting in an offer and provided invaluable advice along the way.The experience so far has been pain free thanks to Holly and Amy and their professionalism and hard work. Atif Ali was exceptional throughout our mortgage application. He made the process easy, his expertise in law and estate agency helped a first time buyer understand all the processes and helped set realistic expectations. His humour and ability to build rapport with clients is excellent too. I would 100% recommend Manchester money to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. We were particularly impressed with the customer service we received from Darren, who was recommended to us from my brother. He was very quick at finding us a mortgage at a rate we could afford, and he was extremely patient with us after having difficulty with the home developers. We dealt with a lot of people during the home buying process, but Darren was the only person who went above and beyond to help us and continued to stay in contact with us. His friendly and professional attitude was very reassuring for us at such a stressful time and his amazing work managed to get us the mortgage extension we needed to get our first home. We appreciate his help so much and we will definitely use Manchester money’s services again in the future.

Darren has been fantastic throughout the whole process. It took us a long time to find the property we wanted but even throughout the period of searching Darren was always on hand with anything we needed and happy to answer any of our questions!
