They don't give a monkeys about anyone! Leaving there alarm going off from friday night until monday morning keeping all local residents awake. Not even the police can get hold of them!

I recently had a cateract procedure at Southend Private Hospital, and from the minute I got there,I was put at ease by the very proffesional staff, Lots of assuring chat ,offers of refreshment and a very efficient journey to the operating theatre.The theatre staff, the Proffessor,his able co-worker, and the nurse who also attended were all friendly and comforting. I was pleasantly suprised with the speed of this procedure and to be back in recovery" within 12/14 mins was great. Admin is so good that i was happily putting my own shoes back on and waiting for my lift home within 15 mins of leaving the theatre. Well done to all at S.P.H. and thank you for my care. Brilliant well organised hospital.. My wife had a cateract operation 6 weeks ago & and was very nervous on arrival . The attitude of all the staff from receptionist to nurses was so kind competent and made the whole experience so pleasant . Thank you

All staff were very patient and and I felt care for, nothing was too much, took away my anxiety and relaxed me, very much appreciated, Thank you to ALL.

My visit for the second cataract operation was as stress-free and comfortable as the first time. It was nice to have a dedicated nurse instead of a series of people looking after me. Thank you.

Caroline nurse was very professional and friendly, put me at ease. . The anaesthetist was kind, friendly . Prof Aggarwal was professional and talked through each step. Highly recommend . Everyone here was very helpful and caring.

What a great experience for my surgery. All the staff that I interacted with were unbelievable kind and I felt completely comfortable and confident that my surgery would be carried out to the highest standard.Will definitely request again if I have the option.Thank you to all the staff.

Great service, the staff made me feel good, the surgeon explained everything going to happen. Surgery done and a good job done, and had call checking everything was ok .woukd highly recommend them
