I love Amy’s yoga class. Felt comfortable in the class situation as a beginner. Amy’s natural and welcoming personality put me at ease straight away. I found I was able to easily follow instruction and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Afterwards I felt amazing. Very relaxed and my lower back pain had gone and my back felt looser and more relaxed. I’ll be a regular from now on.
