Got my drinks order slightly wrong, but it's no big issue. Lovely little pub, slightly on the pricier side. Our seats had a lovely view of the river and I got myself a nice 'sour' half pint. Toilets are perfectly adequate, with a nice view of the original brickwork.Popped in for a drink with my adult children, I childishly was banging the table and we got chastised, which would be fine....but the table next to ours was at least twice as loud, not impressed.

Lots of different areas. Good football pub. On the pricey side. Nice to sit outside on the bridge over the wensum in summer

We stumbled across this little gem after walking down the historic Elm Hill... A little dark alley brought us out onto a wooden balcony right on the River.We had entered via a back door so once inside it was a bit of a maze to find the bar.... Back through up the stairs and a lovely pub built over 2 levels right next to the bridge.... There are also tables outside at the e front of the pubGreat choice of drinksSitting next to the River was just lovely, so peaceful, just perfect

Great pub in a really nice location by the river. Good selection of beer. Pizza menu looked very nice but we didn't have time to try one - maybe next time when we definitely visit again in the future.

Traditional pub with warm atmosphere and outdoor seating overlooking the river. Staff very friendly and relaxed, a huge range of beers, with a wide selection of real ales on hand pump. A lot of different seating areas inside and out. Dog friendly. Perfect pub.

Fantastic pub with good mix of locals and visitors, staff are welcoming. Have been here a few times but this time came without a reservation and they still managed to squeeze us in for a couple which was really appreciated. Large range of cask real ales plus Cornish Rattler cider on draft which is rare (try it it's amazing cider)Always a good visit when in Norwich.

Friendly welcome and a comfortable environment. Decent range of beers at realistic prices, with some tempting bottles and cans as well. Not keen on allowing seating that blocks the view of the available beers (fortunately mostly a thing of the past), but the pub has the beer list on Untappd so that sufficed me. Didn't have food, but looked like some interesting options

Friendly city centre pub on the river. Good selection of real ales. Very loud live music on the Sunday evening we were there but otherwise a good pub for a beer and conversation.
