Mama Wellness

I recently completed the Baby Massage and Mamma Wellness course with Claire, it was such a special experience for me and my 8 week old baby, we learnt so much during the classes and looked forward to them each week! Claire has created the most relaxing and calming environment for Mums and our babies, I couldn’t recommend enough!

We've just completed the 5 week baby massage course & it was fantastic! Claire is amazing and she creates such a safe and nurturing space not only for baby but for mum too, to relax and spend quality time together.Would give this course 10 stars if I could!Can't wait to come back to mama wellness for some more classes in the future.

I did the five week Baby Massage & Mama Wellness course and it was fabulous. It was a safe space to connect with our babies and other mothers who were going through the same thing. I learnt so much from Claire and I use the massage techniques with my baby every day. If there is one baby class you should take on the Wirral, it is this one!

Me and my little girl have just finished our 5 week baby massage course with Claire at the mama wellness studio- highly recommend it to all new Mamas on the Wirral! With a small, intimate class size and the calming, safe environment Claire creates we had the most wonderful time each week. We learnt lots, got to meet other lovely new mums and their little ones, and most importantly got to spend special 1:1 time each week :) thank you Claire- we can’t wait for our next class with you! Claire is a wonderful facilitator of such calming and nurturing classes not just for baby, but for the mama as well. I have just finished the baby massage course and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only do you learn all about how to, and the benefits of, massaging your little one, the classes also focus on looking after yourself as the mama and really bonding with baba. The studio is such a calming, relaxing and welcoming space and Claire is just simply lovely and instantly makes you feel at ease! I only wish it lasted longer than five weeks, and can't wait for the other classes that we have signed up for!

My 15 month old baby boy and I have just completed a baby massage and mama nurture course with Claire at Mama Wellness. I can honestly say we have loved every minute of it. Claire has created a very comfortable and reassuring space for mum’s and babies. Not only have I learnt about baby massage (with the beautiful Neal’s Yard products Claire provides), I’ve met some other lovely mum’s and felt very at ease. Would highly recommend. Thank you Claire! Me and my baby girl have just completed a 5 weeks course Mama Nurture and Baby Massage with Claire. It’s sad it ended so soon, it was a wonderful term. Today at the graduation massage we got to make beautiful teething necklace, absolutely lovely and writing a letter to ourselves through the eyes of our little one was a bit emotional and meaningful. I couldn’t recommend Mama wellness enough for the fantastic baby massage techniques and tips to sooth baby as well as encouraging mama to self care. I love the calmness and peaceful vibes in the studio and the essential oil fragrance the moment you stepped into the studio, it gives me the Instant zen. If you are looking to have quality bonding time with your little one, And also a relaxing time for yourself, Mama wellness is the place to go, Claire is amazing. We loved it that much we even booked for the baby yoga class and Moo music for the next term.

Me and my daughter just completed a 5 week baby massage course and all I can say is we will miss it so much. Claire is an amazing teacher. The studio space is so warm and welcoming. I have learnt so much about being a Mum, I have also learnt so much about my little girl as well. It is a true safe space and it is so much more than just a baby class because Claire truly cares and helps you navigate the new nerve-wracking time that is becoming a mum. It was something I looked forward to every week and could never recommend enough. We have already booked a different class she does. Thank you so much again Claire xx

Each class offers a safe haven for mums and babies to relax. Thank you so much for providing this much needed class.. it's so much more than just a baby massage session.

Claire is absolutely fantastic, I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. We did 10 weeks of baby massage and it was just magical. She really is brilliant and brings a perfect environment to bond with your baby.
