Shocking customer service. Do not take Shell+ club card and on 5 different times I have been told by different people serving me that Shell+ would start in June then July then mid July then August now September. They are giving the Shell brand a very bad name by lying to there customers. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful customer service. The jet wash broke mid cycle and wouldn’t accept any more card payments. So my car has soap all over, I went in to ask for cash back, (even offering to buy something!), and was treated with the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Basically, no cash back, won’t fix the machine, won’t give a refund for a half job done. I said what shall I do then, he said not his problem. Agree with vast majority of other reviews on here - will never be going back!

Today my father put fuel in his car, £30, when he went in to pay they were trying to charge him £80. He told the till guys he only put £30 in. Basically someone on the opposite pump put £50 in their car then drove off. So they were trying to charge my father for someone filling and driving off. Which has caused him stress. Please sort your till guys out. That is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly and patient. I forgot my card pin, his response was friendly and wait me to get another card. Price seems to be ok.

I'd rather run out of petrol than go to this petrol station. Always the most expensive and always have to wait for staff to get off their phone before being served.
