Surprised that any company could be so bad. Would avoid like the plague.Fitted the wrong kind of window (fixed instead of opening) despite written instructions. When I complained, said it was cause the gap was too small for them to get an opening one in. Refused to change it to opening window, restore to original condition or refund money. Had to threaten legal action to get it done.Final job was shoddy to say least, made it clear they couldn't care less.

Awful company to deal with, I had x2 separate orders and had problems with both.Order one arrived late and damaged and when I emailed with picture evidence was told to re bend the tin and it should be ok, I then explained that the seal was broken and wanted my money refunded, to which I was informed that I would not receive money for return postage.Order 2 was a roof repair DPM which also arrived late, due to scaffold I had to purchase an alternative locally to carry out works and when item did arrive [was only sent out the day it was due] I requested refund and again was refused refund on postage.Shocking and poor customer serviceBuyer beware

Windows and doors are of extreme poor quality, builder said it was the worst he had seen.7 Day turn around is a joke - they don't stick to it and just make excuses blaming their supplies. Apparently some windows don't fall under this however they have no information on their site to tell you that. Customer service is a joke. John (the DIRECTOR!) hung up on me because i questioned why it takes 2 weeks for an invoice to be sent. Tells you all you need to know about their attitude.

Shame as good pricing but customer service really lets them down. Provided wrong date for glass delivery which cost me a days work for builders. When I rang them, poor customer service. When glass eventually arrived, it was not correct, sent email with pics on a Sat, no responses until I called them on following Thurs. Very very poor cust service.

Please do not work with these people!We have been waiting for months, and when we finally got the windows replaced they promised warranty which we never received.the fitter is not answering, they broke one of our glass and now we have been waiting for more than a month for him to “order it” and he is not even picking up his phone.Even if you go to the shop to ask for manager or for help they don’t care!All the people working there are unreliable, you can not trust them and are scammers!Do not let yourself teased by the low prices!! It is not worth it!!!

Always a pleasure to deal with this company. Special mention to Daniel who always helps in a polite and courteous manner. Highly recommended.

Had delivery of our window March 2022. The frame was ok, as was the fitting but the glass was scratched as was the first replacement. The second replacement had a small piece of paper stuck between the glass sheets. I’ve been complaining ever since ! No joy, no warranty, no replacement. Forget these guys.

This company have been great all the way through - from ordering, prices were great, helpful with advice, to making sure they can get our products delivered to us when we needed them. I’ve seen some bad reviews on here, but personally wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to John & Daniel.

Avoid this company!!The beading didn’t fit one of the windows which resulted in it leaking. It wasn't until after several months worth of emails and chasing, where I was fobbed off with excuses, did they finally send out new beading.They also haven’t sent me the VAT invoices for the purchases I made. So I’m unable to claim back the VAT on them. There refusal to spend five minutes drafting an emailing me an invoice, has resulted in me losing over £1,400. Utterly despicable customer service, especially considering it’s a legal requirement to provide VAT invoices for the products they sell.
