Avi's Hand Car Wash

Been using for years but last wash they scratched all my car on one side. Not very happy to say the least.

This used to be an excellent car wash and after the second time going under new management I will not be going again. The first time I wanted a full valet but it was carried out half heartedly and the member of staff was very put out when I asked for the boot to be hoovered. Yesterday I went and there was no organisation staff going from one car to another so I was waiting ages in between each process. I only had one half of my car sprayed with wax cause the guy couldn’t reach the other side so he gave up. My hub caps were not cleaned and the door sills not wiped. It was total shoddy workmanship.

Visited twice now. Each time, poor quality car wash, badly dried, streaky finish. staff have “don’t care” attitudes and tyre dressing not offered but full price taken. After 1st visit, gave them 2nd try today, same poor service. New owners need to listen to recent reviews. Previous owners were friendly and went out of their way to offer a good service at a fair price. Definitely one to avoid

Sebi and Claudia did a fantastic job with my car. It was parked underneath a cherry tree for 1 week and the roof was absolutely horrendous with sticky cherries on top. It now looks like a shiny brand new car. Would recommend their service!

Unfortunately the guys broke down at least 2 plastic parts on my car, one at the passengers vent where the mobile magnet goes and the other by the door handle. There was no card payment nor warning about it and at the end the car smelled like the cloths been damp for a while. The inside was all greasy including driver's seat and pedals (really dangerous to drive) and not properly cleaned. Outside it was clean but it was a cheap quality... Price was £15 for a mini valet but in my opinion expensive for the service. Personally I won't come back

Car gone up to £7 now and had to clean my wheels when I got home, won't be using often now if at all

Not as good as usual. Wheels dirty and did not dry inside the doors etc

Great personalised car wash, always got few cars in line, which is usually a good sign. 100% recommend.
