We've just moved into our home and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the whole process than Hazel. As FT buyers, everything about buying a house was completely new to us and Hazel was always there to answer questions and help us with every stage of the buying process. It felt like she really had our best interests at heart and spent so much time listening and advising us, her communication was brilliant and we were always able to talk to her when needed which was important with how quickly things moved, as well finding us the best deal possible for our particular circumstances. We knew from the start we wanted a homebuyers survey, so Hazel was able to take this into account- looking not just at interest rates but also whether providers were offering free or discounted surveys, and whether admin fees would end up making a mortgage with a cheaper interest rate actually more expensive overall. Without Hazel, we'd have ended up spending a considerable amount more throughout the process and so of course we are pleased that she was able to find us such a good deal, but on top of that Hazel really is a brilliant person to have by your side when buying a property - professional, efficient, kind and so positive, even when there were bumps in the road. We will certainly be recommending her to everyone we can, and won't hesitate to use Hazel again in the future should we need to.

I cannot recommend Hazel enough. We recently decided to buy a house and chose Hazel based on her reviews and I can’t praise her services enough. It was our first house and had no idea where to start, Hazel not only managed to find us a great mortgage offer but supported us by talking through the next stages and made us feel at ease the whole time. She was quick to respond to any of our queries and I don’t think we could have done it without her. Worth every penny (and even that was super competitive)

If you need a mortgage fast then Hazel is your choice. My first attempt to obtain a mortgage offer was with another lender, and after 5 months of back and forth, I was declined!I then went to Hazel for my second attempt, and she got me approval in 1 and a half weeks. Hazel was extremely efficient throughout. She is able to work with the whole market, which allowed her to find me a really good offer. Her rates are affordable, and she is a very friendly and reassuring person to work with.I will definitely be using her again when I remortgage, and will be recommending her to friends and family!

We have used Hazel for our last two mortgages and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. She makes the process very straightforward and we literally wouldn't be in our current house if it wasn't for her help.We are self employed and are paid dividends, which banks seem to find very confusing. Because our mortgage application wasn't 100% simple in terms of box ticking and salaries, many high street banks were making things very complicated. Hazel knew exactly what to do and had a lot of experience with people who are self employed. She was knowledgeable about tax forms, HMRC and accounting and was able to guide us through the process.Our house sale fell through and at one point we thought we would lose the house we were moving to. Hazel was great. She put in place plan Bs and plan Cs. In the end we sold our house and it worked out ok but honestly, we couldn't have done it without Hazel's help.She got us a great deal with Halifax which was much better than anything they were offering us directly. Her fee is extremely reasonable for the work she puts in and we have saved that amount over and over anyway when you take into account our current mortgage payments and interest, compared to what we would have been paying had we tried to go with a no-fee option (usually the worst in the long run).Thanks Hazel!See you in 4 years when our current deal ends.
