Bought a gift card as a present. Went to use it and was told they couldn't take gift cards as the new tills wouldn't accept them. How about that for rubbish customer service, would give zero stars if available. Looks like joules have lost a long standing customer.

Their shop assistants are really helpful and will always try to locate your size! For Xmas I bought knee high wellies which my daughter in law asked for. She loves them and says they are very comfortable. Their clothes are good quality and wash and wear well without fading. That is in my experisnce! And their sales are really good,!!

Came in today as i wanted a gift for a friends baby. Found exactly what i wanted and at a good price too. Staff were cheerful and positive which makes a nice change these days.

Great store. Great prices!Also, the staff were super helpful and friendly! The size I wanted wasn’t on the rail, but a staff member found one for me ‘out the back.’ So so pleased!

My local branch, have been visiting for years. Yesterday the two ladies went above and beyond when my 4 week old was screaming because she was hungry, they very kindly offered me the sofa in the changing room area to feed and said I'm more than welcome to pop in in future if I'm passing. This kindness goes such a long way as a new mum. Thank you ladies!

This shop is very well stocked with a beautiful selection. I particularly like their children’s clothing ranges. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Plus, they stock women’s size 9 wellies, which is super!!
