Really excellent quality ingredients. san marzano tomatoes and real mozzarella (not the low moisture stuff) are very hard to find, they might be the only place doing it. However, a few small issues in there method stop the pizza being superb.It might be a one off issue but my pizza had too much of the san marzano tomato topping which made it difficult to eat and sloppy. It also tasted like it didn't have any olive oil added.Still highly recommended and hopefully my issues are a one off.
