Thank you to Daz our driver this weekend on our Rotary Paignton mini cruise from Southampton. Daz was helpful, polite and a credit to Torbay Minibuses. We had a brilliant journey because Daz took the time to check the traffic delays and roadworks! We will use Torbay Minibuses again!

STCW TRAINING UK LTD have been using Torbay Minibuses since 2016 and we can highly recommend them. Torbay Minibuses offer an extremely professional service at a very reasonable price. The drivers are punctual, the minibuses are very clean and Lisa who oversees the bookings is a pleasure to deal with.

We used Torbay mini busses to take me and my family to the airport for our holiday.We left around 4am to get out flight for early morning. We sat at the very back of the bus and on the way there both my girlfriend and I fell asleep. We both fell asleep wearing our AirPods but when we woke out discovered that we both was missing a single AirPod each. It had fell down the side of the seat on the bus and myself along with the driver spent around 20 minutes trying to retrieve them, however we could not. The bus driver assured me that when he returned to the depo that there engineer would retrieve them for us.We returned from our holiday and got in contact with the firm to enquire about our lost AirPods. I was told that to retrieve the AirPods the seats would have to be taken out and they were not prepared to do that. I asked if some compensation would be given as it’s not out fault that there bus is with a clear poor manufacturing design but the reply I got was “how do we know you even dropped them down the seat” as if I’d go through the trouble for no reason.Just a joke of a company really only cares about taking your money rather than customer care.Safe to say we will not be using this company again and if you do then be careful of sitting in the back seat because if god forbid one of our passports or even a car key fell down there then it will have most definitely ruined our holiday.As for you Torbay mini busses I’ll be happy to remove this review if we can come to some sort or agreement regarding the lost AirPods because your service other than the lies, rudeness and poorly built busses was very fairly good. Wanted to use a local company for our trip to Heathrow. Luke was our driver & managed to do a great job of packing our luggage into the back. Went from Torbay via Bristol to pick up other members of the family. Lovely mini bus, very comfy, journey was stress free. Luke is a superb driver. Pick up on return went well & Maria got us home safely. Communication through booking process was really good - professional, smooth & friendly. I would 100% recommend.

Brilliant run company and very good value for money. We good this as part of a hen party needing to go to our canoeing activity. Lisa helped ensure the right size bus and times were sorted. Our driver Maria was on time and even called in advance to ensure we met her at the right place. Incredibly friendly people. Highly recommend.
