If I could give 0 stars I would.Arrived yesterday at 20:30 to the hotel, nobody working at the reception. Rang the bell and tried to call all numbers available on the website, no answer.Had to look for an alternative place to stay. Disgraceful. AVOID!!

The location is excellent. 5 mins walk from central station in one direction and river in the other. Very high standard of decoration and cleanliness. Staff friendly and efficient. And a terrific price. This will be my go-to place in Glasgow from now on.

Good price, central location, good amenities and wifi. The hotel doesn't have a great view, so don't expect more than a parking garage out your window and plenty of noise from below as the street is a pretty central bus stop. The beds are very stiff, without much give at all, and I couldn't get the elevators to work 100% of the time. All that said, the price feels about right for it.

Great location on the edge of Glasgow city centre with only a small walk into town. Shops, bars and train station all within area for easy access. The rooms are very modern with on suite bathrooms. The living room area has a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave with all pots and cutlery supplied.My only downside to the hotel is the parking as you need to get a special garage key to open it and cannot access one until you check in so you have to park somewhere at a cost (parking ain't cheap) and it costs £10 a night parking!

We had a good stay at this place. The reception was a friendly lady. The parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place is spacious and clean. It's walking distance from shops and train station. The Wifi connection is not bad.Tips: pre booked parking to make sure you'll get a space

Was booked in an apartment on the top floor, on collection of card keys was told there is a £100 deposit that wasn't clearly stated on the website, the apartment was beautiful at first glance and definitely suited myself and my children for the night however there was a lot of dust, there were hair's in shower and on bed that were not mine, the curtains didnt fully close and parts were hanging off from the top of them, there were small bits of rubbish from (im assuming) other people who had stayed, the bedding had a rip in it and I had to shake manky toast from the toaster to give my kids breakfast but overall yes I'd stay again but I think the deposit needs to be clearer on the website and small improvements needed

Stayed overnight at the weekend with friends as attended an event at the Hydro. Apartment itself was lovely.Fire alarm was going off on the corridor of the apartment block, tried calling the “out of hours number” we were given on numerous occasions it would continuously ring out then an automated would say the number dialled is not recognised, there was no staff which was concerning as people were evacuated in the freezing cold. We had to take it upon ourselves to call emergency services, they came out and we got back in to our apartment at 1.30am.Luckily there was no fire but very concerning that no staff were around to deal with it.

Went here for a night away after a stressful few days, the apartment I got had 2 bedrooms, really comfy beds, the room my daughter had an en-suite in her room, yv had Netflix, disney plus built in , kitchen has even a washing machine and complimentary tea bags , coffee , sugar, mini shower gels , body lotion and plenty of clean towels.It was really warm and makes you feel at home, the only let down was the guest next door shouting out the Window late at night, music full blast and there is a lot of noise as it's in central of the city centre, handy for all the pubs and shops .

Good value, very spacious apartment at the same rates as hotel rooms locally. Was as clean, comfortable and well presented as a hotel room too. Would stay again. Only slight negative is the location as it’s not the nicest place around central station. A lot of rough looking characters. Apartment was ground floor too although it wasn’t too noisy.

This hotel was a welcome departure from chain hotels. We had a lot of space for the four of us, and our kids loved having enough space to run around. We loved the separate living room and kitchen, and the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We appreciated having two bathrooms and access to laundry. If we could have stayed longer, we would have! Literally the only thing I could fault this place for would be that they didn't provide shampoo, but our stay was so great that it didn't bother us a bit.
