The Easylets employee who showed us round was rude from minute one. Even saying that we were likely to be disappointed in the property anyway.The property wasn’t great to be honest either, with old furniture that was left (and the employee didn’t know if it was staying there or being taken away)Not a great first impression

Absolute garbage. No proper customer service. The associates are not empathetic and they never understand customer point of view. A female just told me call your property manager and he is off for now. She basically said she doesn’t care of my problems cry about it somewhere else. This is the kind of service they run.1.They give half information2. They give incorrect timelines of giving back deposit money3. They are rude and have no empathy towards customers4. Slow as a snail.

I've rented a flat from EasyLets for over 4 years when I was studying in Dundee and I've had an excellent experience working with them. All of my emails were answered within a day and all the repairs required were taken care of as soon as possible. Even when I had to move out and ran into some problems, the company was very helpful and helped me solve them, taking care of the details letting me focus on the move.If I was to rent in Dundee again I'd definitely go back to EasyLets, easily wholeheartedly recommended and the best agency I've worked with in the recent years.

would have been 5* as they have been efficient and assiduous the last 6 years but I had to effectively badger out a handyman last week so not perfect

Booked several viewings and they all were cancelled for no reason, rebooked viewings at different times and went into the office to ask about cancellations - this happened several times. I was told I was still booked in and to ignore any cancellation emails and to show up to the property. I did this and waited over fifteen minutes, no one showed, phoned the office and was told it was cancelled and that I received an email of cancellation. The exact email they told me to ignore. They are very unorganised and mess you about, cancel constantly with barely any notice and have poor communication. I would be cautious booking viewings with this company as they will most likely be cancelled within a day of booking.

Contacted Easy Lets to enquire about one of their properties and was advised that they do not offer any virtual viewings, only in person appointments.The lady I spoke to in the office didn't seem to comprehend that for me to attend a viewing would involve a 820 mile / 14 hour trip at considerable cost. In fact her disinterest did not give a great impression of this company at all.If you are a student, but not local I wouldn't waste your time or money contacting this agency.

I regret to say that my experience with Easylets has been nothing short of disappointing. The lack of communication has been truly disconcerting. I've waited a full two weeks for any substantial response, despite having called them five times. Each time, I was assured that an email was forthcoming, but it has yet to arrive. This lack of follow-through has been not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional.The in-person experience was just as disheartening. The agent, rather than providing a warm welcome or a guided tour, was lounging on the living room couch. I felt like an intrusion rather than a potential tenant.Further feedback due to a reply:While the form issue wasn't ideal, the lack of communication was more concerning. Out of 6 calls, my identity was confirmed just once, with no effort to check my details in your system. This lack of willingness to cooperate was off-putting. I was made to feel guilty for my interest in the property. Customer service needs vast improvement.

I’ve been with EasyLets for the past year. Acquiring the first property was a breeze and we never had any issues at all. After a few months one of my flatmates decided to move out and Easylets quickly helped us get a new flat which we love even more. Chantelle has always been wonderful in particular as well as the owner who met me within 15 minutes on New Year’s Eve when I accidentally locked myself out my property. Always incredible service and amazing communication, I can’t fault them. Thank you so much for everything so far!

Asked Esylets to find a tenant for one my flats, after being very disappointed with other letting agencies in town and I was extremely pleased with the service received. We have had a great experience with Easy Lets so far. Our letting agent Paul has been very attentive and helpful in every way. The application process was swift and straight forward.We have experienced some maintenance issues and Paul made sure these were resolved quickly. We are very pleased and surprised as we did not expect such fair treatment from a letting agency.
