Outstanding traditional dry aged beef. These guys really know their stuff. We had T-bone steaks & sirloin steaks that were beautifully marbled, so soft you could cut them with a fork!We tried their dry aged Tomahawk steaks for two people and the flavour was off the scale. They have our Christmas order as we're having a majestic Rib of Beef this year, sick of Turkey!

It's always a pleasure shpping at a proper butchers like Blakes. Thanks for Dave Checketts and Steve today who sliced up the most amazing proper old fashioned dry cured bacon that's not full of water and nitrates. Exemplery service as always. Keep up the excellent work guys. You can shop at Blakes in the knowldge you always get hand picked proper real meat.
