I needed same day printing. Last minute piece of work.Customer service was excellent.Turnaround time great.Pricing reasonable given turnaround.And the print quality was really good. Much better than the same artwork printed elsewhere.Very happy.

Really friendly, helpful and exceptionally fast printing shop. I have been in twice for small print and laminating jobs for an Airbnb flat and they are always so approachable, do a good job at a fair price and have the work done rapidly.I approached the similarly branded print shop around the corner first originally and didn't feel they were anywhere near as keen to help but the 3 people I've dealt with at GH have been a pleasure to deal with. Will return whenever needed.

Really delighted with the service at GH Cityprint. I arrived with a dodgy pdf file that needed a bunch of last-minute corrections (!) before going to print within a matter of hours. Frankly, the worst experience in my life! If you want to save your wellbeing never approach this company. The boss" is so rude

It was the worst experience I've had since I've been in the UK for over a year. One of the employees was very rude. Actually, I've been here twice and she's serviced me each time. Her attitude was terrible at every service. The first time, I thought she might have had a bad mood that day, so I didn't care. But the second time her attitude was even worse. I have to say that this lady must have had a very unfortunate life to have no patience with her customer. She told me she didn't mean to speak to me so rudely, she just wanted me to get the papers quickly. How ridiculous. I was willing to spend the extra two minutes to get a quality service experience. And in fact she was very rude from the moment I walked in the door. Very bad experience. If every customer but me thinks the service is great, it must be because that lady is a racist! Please check the CCTV on the afternoon of August 29th and see this lady's hideous face. There was another employee present at the time who I believe witnessed everything that happened.

I always get my prints from here, really friendly service, very quick and reliable!
