Ordered a takeaway after a night out. At the time I ate fish still and ordered king prawn Cantonese style. When I got home, I bit into a prawn and found it really chewy. I checked and it was pork! I didn't eat meat aside from fish at the time and hadn't for years so was understandably pretty upset. The rest of the food wasn't anything to write home about. The man who served me was polite and I know how easy mistakes can be made, hence my 3 star review.

Nice enough food. Service spot on. Freshly cooked. Happily use again.

Disgusting food, the Sweet and Sour source is a bitter mess that made my meal completely unpleasant to eat. Will not be getting food from there again until new management takes over. Would not recommend.

This is our go to Chinese takeaway in the area. When Hakasan closed down we tried a few different takeaways and this one has quickly become our standard now.

Ordered & was told delivery would be up to an hour...over an hour later called to see how much longer it would be to be told food was cooked but waiting for delivery driver to come back from other deliveries after another half hour called again ...food still there so cancelled order..10 mins later delivery driver brought food that had been standing for over 40 minutes...it certainly wasn't the delivery drivers fault but after using this service for many years.. I won't order there again! This is no way to run a business...

The worst customer service on the world!!!!Knowing it is New Years Eve and the wait would be a while I ordered my delivery at 17:20 and was surprised when I was told 1 hour delivery.I called at 19:05 asking how much longer my delivery would be to be told by the lady who answered the phone to wait a minute, I then sat there on my phone listening to her serve 4 people.... She then asked what I wanted and I said I was chasing my order from 17:20, she said one minute again and the served 3 more people before coming back to me saying that it was being cooked next and would be 30 minutes!!!How can something ordered 1hour 45 minutes earlier not be cooked yet when she served 7 customers while I was waiting????She then had the cheek to scream down the phone if I want to come and get it myself it will only be 20 minutes !"It may be good food but with customer service this bad I am definitely eating somewhere else in future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Great food but in 2023, not offering card payments is, in my opinion, bad business and inconvenient for some customers.

We have recently moved to the area and tried all the local Chinese takeaways and found them all to be bland. But thankfully we accidentally found Red Hot China. The meal was fresh and tasty. The curry sauce was the best we've had fun the local takeaways.We will definitely be going back.

Don’t waste your time. Or your money. Customer service is disgusting.
