Called.shop as need a fibre kibble or supplement for my dog. Assistant was so so friendly and helpful. Said they didn't have anything, but helped me with a suggestion from Amazon. Lovely lady. Thank you x

Called to ask if they would order a particular sensative dog food, (they do stock the brand) the assistant took my number and details and would call me when the owner was in, I rang I few days later but told he hadn't come in and would ring me when he was this was over 5 weeks ago! Why not just ring to say they are not interested in my order!..... Not very professional

Lovely lady was more than helpful with getting some new toys for our kitten. Best stop for food and toys for animals big and small and one of the only places I could find good quality budgie mix in Newport

Sold me some wonderful k9 harnesses going as far as to test them and fit themVery helpful shop lovley staff and sell some amazing dog food if you have an allergic k9 couldn’t recommend them more(Especially as there cheaper than pets at home )
