I needed my bike to be serviced in July - never a good time to book a bike in - but after a recommendation from another mechanic i spoke to John and he managed to fit me in and have my bike sorted within the week!John was helpful, talked me through his initial assessment, asked relevant questions and kept me informed of progress.I will definitely be using his services again.

Just visited John for the first time today. He helped me fix the hydraulic brakes my new bike has (which was supplied via mail order without enough fluid in the system). Very knowledgeable, and I loved being able to sit with him and watch. Will certainly use again when the need arises - would highly recommend.

I took a couple of my bikes to John for general servicing. John was very specific in his questioning and did a reasonably detailed initial inspection. The bike services were turned around quickly and delivered back to home. All works were explained clearly. We discussed a couple of options that could be done at a future time. I was very comfortable that only necessary works were done. All work was completed to a high standard with a good summary description of the state of the bikes. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and value for money. I recommend John and The Buxted Bike Workshop without hesitation.
