I called Snappyfix only yesterday about transferring a video of my grandparents wedding from VHS to DVD and USB, I was so nervous to give it to anyone as it was a surprise for them and our only copy but Katrina put me at ease and assured me they could help.I went to pick it up today and I’m lost for words, not only did our VHS tape contain their wedding video but also years worth of precious family memories we didn’t know was on there!Thank you so much for doing this for us and so quickly, these memories are priceless! ☺️

Very impressed with the entire service. Katrina was very professional and responded quickly and effeciently to messages and questions. The price was extremley good value, and the service was completed promptly. When there was an unexpected issue with the sound on one of my tapes, Snappy Fix offered multiple effective alternatives. The quality of video and sound from my converted tapes overall is fantastic. We used snappy fix to have old cini films put on to dvd./ usb Katrina was great she phoned us first to tell us the cost. We collected the dvds after a few days. Nice people good service. We will be taking our pile of videos there soon!

Over the moon with Snappy Fix! They received the VHS tapes on the Saturday, and had converted them by Sunday afternoon. Video quality is better than expected considering how old the tapes are and Katrina was very helpful throughout the whole process always with quick response times. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

Incredible service from the off. I sent my enquiry late in the evening and almost immediately got a response back. From the start of my enquiry to the finished product I had the best customer experience Iv ever had. Dean sent me clips of the videos before he transferred them to check I was happy, he eliminated the videos that were no good from my bill and was incredibly honest and fair. You will not get a better price for the work that these guys do they have given me so much joy in bringing my old family camcorder tapes to life on DVD.
