Today Kebab

Have been to this place a few times, quick service, friendly staff. Food tasted great, but a lot of sauce.

Absolutely disgusting! The lady who delivered my order didn’t ring the bell instead she banged on my door so aggressively she was shaking the doorframe and woke up multiple members of my house. Food was ROTTEN. Full of greasy floppy and wet. I called up to complain (I was polite) the lady started being rude saying ‘ ok why you here what you want me to do?!’ I didn’t get an apology she was so very rude and disrespectful. They refused to resolve my order and told me to take it through Deliveroo. She hung up on me as I was talking and also started talking to her colleague in another language presumably about me. Terrible food and even worst service actually the worst service I have ever received in my 24 years on this planet. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I ordered the food at 11:30 it arrived at 2:27 the food was cold when it got to me eventually didn’t get my order right the food is absolutely disgusting the pizzas wre burnt and the price are broad daylight robbery if I was yous I would definitely not recommend ordering here won’t be coming bak

The website will say you have a certain pizza or food such as ‘donner’ pizza and give you no donner on it but the other 2 toppings (which is not what is said on the website) as it is called ‘donner pizza’ and asks you to add other toppings which are the only ones that will be on the pizza, so then you assume you have the donner but instead you just had the 2 toppings and not what you purchased. Will absolutely not order from here again, staff do not give you any reassurance or help.

Ordered a doner meat kebab as it was a late one and asked for some mayo with it. Food was served and the thing was smothered in sauce could barely reach the meat or pita bread underneath it all. Worst kebab I have had will not be going back!

Was a very regular customer here for 4 years. Last visit ever, now.Ordered my pizza last night and expected arrival of 1147pm, got it just before 0030. Donner meat on it burnt and crispy, pizza cold, Pepsi can warm. Went today with my receipt to ask for a refund and was told no - not a single ounce of care, made me feel embarrassed. Will never ever return - thanks for that(Called twice after receiving my food no answer, they didn't care to see my call history which I had ready. Disappointed)

This takeaway is awful. The service is terrible. The delivery was 40 minutes late and the food was genuinely the worst I’ve ever tasted. On top of this the order was wrong. Avoid this takeaway at all costs

Ordered 2 kebabs with salad to be delivered. They tried to deliver early and when they did deliver no salad. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from customer service, if there was any and problem was not resolved. Deliverey man was not helpful and quite abtrup. Awful service

The food can be good. I go quite regular, but what you get is not consistant

I don't usually write reviews, but as someone who was a regular at this place for a long time and had this place as a favourite place to order from, I am absolutely disgusted! Me and friends were having a party and ordered a takeout, only half of what we ordered arrived, we didn't realise until we started unpacking and I hate phone calls due to mental health but I called on behalf of the group and asked where it was. They claimed they'd send it out and it'd arrive in 30 minutes, 5 minutes later he calls back again, however I don't fully understand what he says as I struggle with accents but it sounded like I was being called a liar and I didn't want to argue so I restated the situation again saying half the order was missing, he then sounded calm and agreed and said it's on the way and then hung up on me..An hour to 2 hours later as the film ended I called and asked again where it was and the guy said surprise surprise It's on the way" yet again. At this point we gave up and we never got it in the end. If I didn't have such anxiety I'd have called non stop until I got it sorted out and fought harder but instead I reported it to Uber Eats.. much to my demise they didn't refund the full amount and now I have a dispute with them too over this thieving rubbish. Luckily it was my friends money who paid for this one and they don't care too much besides me but we were left having to portion half a takeout we spent £30 on and it ruined a Saturday night. Never ordering from these again unless that person who answered the phone or delivered the food and stole our takeout gets sacked.."
