If I could give them a 0 I would. The way they speak to there staff is appointing. A friend of mine has been told to take clients happy pills. They don't have the work to give the contracted hours to staff. They also run stuff into the ground and told staff to go into work when they aren't well. If this is how they treat there staff I can only imagine how they treat there clients. I would avoid using this company at all costs!!!

If I could give APEX 0 stars I could. My nan has been using their 'service' for around 3 weeks now and she gets given 30 minutes of apparent care 3 times a day. But since then she has had nothing but issues with the care provided. Twice now we have gone to see my nan and one specific carer has left my nans freezer door open which has caused my nan to loose all the food in her freezer! And the same carer who 2 nights ago was pushing my nan into bed on pushed her into the door frame and cut her hand open and gave no care and only said sorry my lovely" and then left the house as " I am on my 30 minutes I have to leave" And on another occasion another specific carer left my nans side door off the kitchen open with the key to the from the front door in the kitchen who then dented it once questioned about it!! Please do not use this service I wouldn't want anyone being treated in this way. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Do not trust these people with your loved one, they do not care in the slightest, so so many issues, to many to list, you complain they don't care, head office do not care, genuinely just not very nice people.
