Bad communication.constant lies.late papers.and drivers who hardly speak a word of English....should have free phone number as cost of call to small businesses does not help them...not a happy chap...

Worst suppliers going. Running a newsagent business which is being ruined by late deliveries, drivers not turning up, wrong papers sent out. When you complaint nothing happena and same things keep happening. To make things worse it costs even more to ring them. We are not millionaires change the numbers to local.
