Sad to see all the names of babies past away

As a parents affected by the Baby Ashes Scandal, I, alongside many other bereaved parents, fought, and worked very hard, for years to have this memorial created (and the memorials at the individual council crematoria in Glasgow) after Lord Bonomy's Cremation Commission recommended each council in Scotland create memorial for those who's baby's ashes had not been returned to them (either by not giving proper care during cremations to ensure ashes were retained, or by scattering and disposing of them without the parents knowledge, or consent).Considering it is only a few years old the condition of it is incredibly disappointing, the water feature is now off, the ground around it has not been well kept, covered in moss, looks dirty and just unloved. I suspected the water feature installation would be quickly shut off, and having visited the site a good few times since it opening each time I've only been further disappointed by the state the memorial has declined into.Do better Glasgow City Council. You failed bereaved parents for over 30 years, do not fail our children's who are commemorated here.
