I like this place because its easy to order online with the click and collect; no need to waste time going store to store looking to see if they have the item in stock. You can order online and collect at the store you want. Its fast and the service is great with plenty of parking outside.

Drove 10 miles when got there did not have item l ordered .said l will have to pay.then they order it. Last year order something pick up at store .two days later. This time no can do.NOT HAPPY.had to pay cant pick up till next week.

Went today for some sanding sheets, knew exactly what I wanted just that bush didn’t have time to mess about looking. Told the women on counter exactly what it is I wanted & she didn’t have a clue, was quite rude & basically said a few times I needed to find code. Because she clearly couldn’t be bothered to just type in what I was asking for. In end a found it and got served but al not be going back when servers can be so arrogant. No thanks

I'm giving 4* because they don't seem to have alot in stock staff are really nice and will help where they can but there where 2 people before me that wanted something they didn't have in stock but thats probably because of just coming out of lockdown

Shocking member of staff have two orders to collect .but was told there was only one even tho I hd confirmation of both .Seems he wanted to go have his break morenthan sort it outTotal joke service and a member of staff that should be retrained or sacked as they can't do costomer service

excellent service,very helpful and friendly staff.staff were brilliant and could not do enough to help,very informative.a refreshing change where staff in other retail outlets grunt at you.screwfix should be proud of how good the staff are at this unit.a credit to the company
