I'm always looked after by the team. Usually I can call the day before and they'll fit me in. Good customer service by all and I never come away feeling that I've been taken advantage. I've been coming here for the last three years and they look after my wife's high end car and my not so high end car but treat each with the same level of care. Thanks guys

Sell broken cars that you’re stuck with on finance. Ask them to fix the problem and they ‘fix’ something else and charge you £100’s and give you it back with the sameproblem. Passed my MOT when the car doesn’t even drive, just knock the engine light off instead of fixing the problem. Take deposits for cars that aren’t even sent to the finance company they just pocket it. Avoid

Taken my vw transporter mouths ago had gear bearing sound . Ask them to fix it . Phoned me up said neads new clutch ..picked up day after still the sound .said oh be bearings then .never had it done was told my clutch was fine flywheel. 900 pound for nothing also don't even think they did anything

Excellent service as usual. They only tell you something needs doing if it actually does and they do a brilliant job on my vanand my car. I can highly recommend them.

Always busy, generally reasonably priced

My car was taken here for an MOT, it passed with no advisories. When it went in it was squeaking a bit, the squeaking got worse and turned into an awful sound. I took it to my garage a week later and the brake pads had completely worn down to the metal. This should of been flagged up on the MOT, not happy with the service.

Keep away!!!!! Cowboys who cant fix cars. Let you drive dangerous cars saying repaired and its not. They stole my key and logbook and im still dealing with the finance company. Rude nasty money grabbing people that love making shady deals to keep the car on tge road. Keep away dont buy from these people. Con men who will soon find out there car dealing days will soon be over.update feb 2023. Car has been rejected by the finance company as the car has been repaired 3 times for the same steering wrack issue and richard who sold me the car refused to give me my deposit which was £300 which he didnt use as a deposit as it went in his back pocket. Finance told me no deposit was made and now we know why. Keep away from this place. They act all nice with you and soon as you buy a car off these cowboys your in for alot of trouble if anything goes wrong. Dont buy fe15gvz ford mondeo in grey as it was mine and is broke. They cant fix it as they are cowboys and nasty unreliable lying people. STAY AWAY FROM A AND E AUTOS!!!!!!!! BY THE WAY RICHARD SMILE ALL YOU WANT. IM TAKING YOUR JOB MATE!!!!!!
