Yangs Chinese Takeaway
Don't like leaving bad reviews but I've tried this twice in the last few months and both times was disappointed with what was produced and how long it took to receive the food. The major disappointment was with the Salt and pepper chips, they were just standard chips with a bit of seasoning and a slither of onion. The rest of the food basically lacked flavour.

I lived in China for 7 years. English Chinese takeaway is very different food but you can really feel the love and care from the staff in this restaurant. All of the food seems to be great quality and was delivered hot and fresh by a smiling member of staff(I guess the boss) on a bike. These guys are really hard working if they are delivering by bike in the dark.We will be ordering again 谢谢老板!

Ordered at 830pm last night expecting a 60-80 minute delay - totally understandable on a Friday night.Called at 10pm to see what was going on and was told the food was still being prepped and should be with us in 20 minutes.I called several times again between then and 11.30pm, 3 hours later, and the owner was rude, kept saying it would be 5 minutes and when I said I didn't want it any more just wanted to go to bed shouted at me.No idea if the food is good but terrible service which made me feel very upset.

We ordered via just eat at 5.20, was told it would take an hour, eventually arrived cold at 8.20! Ridiculous! Food ok but cold, spring rolls under cooked. Don't expect dips, sauce, prawn crackers to be thrown in, or even an appology for a 3 hour wait on the food! Avoid!

Absolutely appalling. Ordered at 7.30pm said it would arrive at 8pm then a message to say 8.30 & another to say 8.50. Called them 18 times no one answers the telephone & no facility to leave a message. Contacted just eat at 9.10 who told us our order had been marked as having been delivered & they would need 48 hours to investigate. 9.30 they actually turn up & blatantly lie saying the order was to be delivered at 8.40 which still made it 40 minutes late. To add insult to injury the food was stone cold. Just eat need to take them off their system. Just eat refunded our payment 2 days later. I would suggest if you order through Just eat & have problems with this takeaway (looking at the number of bad reviews it’s clearly common practice for them) that you contact Just eat. The more contact made & refunds Just eat have to make regarding this business the more likely they will take it off their site. I assume Just eat claw back refunds from the takeaway concerned which will result in them loosing money.

Have ordered from Yangs Chinese on several occasions now. It is my go to Chinese takeaway in Preston, food is always amazing, owner is very nice, orders can take some time during busy hours as the restaurant is only small

Not good at all, would not recommend, I placed an order through uber eats and paid for delivery only to be contacted by Yangs to say they were having problems with transport, apparently his car had broken down, so could I pick it up ? or, he would have to use a bike so to bear with him as it could be a while, well this was on a Friday evening at 17.00 and during rush hour traffic and I live 4 miles away so of course I agreed to help him out as it would have taken ages, I turned up at the restaurant just as the man who I spoke to was just leaving with another order on his bike, there was only one other person in the shop who who was doing the cooking, just before he left he gave me a bag of free prawn crackers because I had to collect the order myself. When I returned home with the food that I spent £31.00 on (this was an anniversary meal for myself and my husband) what a big dissapointmentthe char siu chow mein was just so dry and it consisted of very dry noodles with a few small slivers of pork through it, as for the special chow mein ? well, I did discover a couple of King size prawns in it and again a few slithers of whatever meat it was supposed to be, I also ordered chicken balls in batter which were completely tasteless and king prawn balls which more or less the same,I could not believe I paid £31 for this !!! There appears to be past reviews from weeks ago regarding this takeaway having delivery issues and it appears this has been ongoing, so why are they continually taking on delivery orders when they cannot deliver ? I complained to uber eats regarding my delivery money not being returned but nobody interested, maybe he's put it towards his repair costs for his car !!Would not use this takeaway again !!

Still haven't received my order. Atleast an hour late currently. Called to check on the order and the poor bloke on the phone was trying to check on my order with them for me. The owner or whoever it was was screaming on the other end, snatched the phone from the person who had answered my call, asked for my post code, and upon receiving such, I was told my order was on it's way"

After ordering from uber eats and then reading reviews, I wasn't looking forward to food arriving. But not only did it arrive within the time limit . The food had been prepared cooked to excellent standards. And all dishes were absolutely delicious
