I ordered a cooker Hood and it arrived the next day in England. Unfortunately it didn't fit in the space available and had to return it.They wrote to let me know that they receive it back and the refund was in my account two days later. Brilliant costumer service one of the best online shops I dealt with . Excellent

Good sized showroom with a large inventory of home entertainment and home appliances. Staff member Michael is on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance as you deliberate over your decision on the pros and cons of oled TVs versus led TVs and the merits of various brands etc

Very pleased with my Dyson hoover . It was easy to order , and reasonably priced and for an extra £10 it was delivered the next day , which was brilliant… we were also kept informed what time it would be delivered.I would definitely recommend this company ….

The website statesExpress delivered ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day - 24 hour delivery service. However they failed to dispatch for me unfortunately.I sent a couple of emails to customer service, they responded with a blank email, just an invoice- ignoring my questions and concerns.In the end I phoned up, they were extremely rude, and made up excuses rather than resolving my issues- but did eventually cancel my order.

Only used this company once so far but have to say it was excellent. Ordered a Dyson product at a good price. Fast service, very efficient and prices very competitive. Delivery arrived on time and in good order. Very easy to order on line and order filled as stated - no hassle and straight forward, so thank you. Some of the bigger retailers could learn from these guys. It pays to look around and you can get great service.
