Heartless company with zero empathy. Refused to cancel £10 service without us providing a death certificate. Disgraceful way to treat customers who you know are already facing such difficult circumstances. No other company had the audacity in all the cancellations. Truly shameful customer service.

Our neighbour had a lawn treatment this morning. It was the summer treatment that contained herbicide and plant feed. The wind was at 15 mph and was gusty. The spray that was being used was drifting into our organic garden. We spoke to him and complained about the chemical drift but to no avail. Surely as a professional he should have been aware of the HSE advice to spray in under wind speeds of 6 mph and ideally at between 2 and 4 mph to minimise drift. Absolutely duscussted!
