We took our 15 month old son to Pauline's for a haircut. Dani did an excellent job. She was very patient and careful. Dani was brilliant with our little boy and was nothing but accommodating. Lovely little salon and we would gladly recommend it.

I thought I'd cheer myself up and get my hair done.I phoned up to make an appointment, Pauline answered, she was so happy and bubbly and boosted my mood.I got their for my appointment to be greeted by the lovely Dani. I had my hair washed, and showed Dani pictures of what I wanted. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted.I was blown away by the incredible hair cut Dani gave me. Dani curled it and suggested getting a perm, that's exactly what i will be getting. She made me feel beautiful, confident and a million dollars. I stumbled across Pauline's when a home colour went wrong. It was a Friday (one of the busiest times of the week) and I'd just spent an hour trying other salons in Shrewsbury. Despite being fully booked, Pauline made time for me to go that afternoon to see if she could help. Pauline and her team were very friendly and helpful and luckily for me, she had a cancellation for the next day. The lady who did my hair did an amazing job. My hair went from being a disaster to looking stunning and despite it taking 4 hrs, it was very reasonable. I can't thank Pauline and her team enough and highly recommend her salon.

Clean and friendly service very good value for money

Took my wife for a hair recolour, the service was excellent and although the salon is small the staff did everything they could to accommodate people while they were waiting. There was a strong sense of community here and the staff were super friendly.

Been to many salons over the years and will now not go anywhere else pauline is lovely and so welcoming as is Sophie and Sophie did a brilliant job on my hair. One very happy customer

Pauline's hairdressers is such a wonderful place. The ladies are professional, friendly and do your hair exactly the way you want. My hair stylist Dani gave me a 5 minute consultation on what I wanted - style, length etc. and the result was perfect.My dad and I also have chronic health problems and I asked her to wear a mask which was no problem, and everybody was so accommodating. It was really nice and a great supportive environment.
