I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. They showed us our first and last house while viewing. They were helpful and knowledgeable and really listened not to mention friendly and professional. They didn’t pester us for viewings and they knew what we were after, after seeing us only for the first viewing. I cannot thank lisa and Tina enough, They found us our forever home. After this we thought that would be the last time we spoke with Maslen but Donna who was our sales progressor was absolutely a life saver. We used really difficult solicitors and she help us understand the complicated stages for our first buy. She calmed us when our solicitors were rude and unhelpful. She basically was the reason we exchanged and completed on the day we needed or we would have been homeless. I can honestly say without Maslen especially Donna we wouldn’t be in our beautiful home in time.I will 100% be recommending them to our friends and family and anyone who needs an estate agent. Having lived in my house in Brighton for 26yrs it was a huge decision to put this on the market. Within days I had an offer with my full asking price. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and clear honest communication throughout from all of the team at Maslens. Donna has been outstanding particularly during the very stressful final weeks leading up to completion. She will go the extra mile, always answered my calls and quickly dealt with other agents/solicitors and, most importantly, kept my buyers fully informed and engaged. When me and my partner started looking for a flat to buy, the whole process quickly started feeling extremely dehumanizing. running from Brighton flat to Brighton flat, having to deal with estate agents that simply didn't care, under the pressure of selling for the highest price. We made offer, time and time again, being all the times, asked to put in a higher offer to even be considered. We quickly started getting extremely frustrated and almost gave up. But then I walked into Maslen, on Lewes road, looked at the first flat they had on display on the wall, had a viewing the day after, and just like, finally human treatment. Maslen have been amazing, from Marc who showed us around the flat to Donna who went above and beyond in dealing with not only the seller's solicitors, but also our own. Now we are finally in our flat, and we are beyond happy. Also, was not expecting the box of goodies we got upon recieving the keys!Thank you all so much, I will never be able to thank you enough, and I hope you understand how grateful we are to you and all your hard work! If we are ever buying again, it will 100% done via Maslen! (We have already recommended a friend who is booking a viewing on flat on the same road as us!)

Maslen were utterly outstanding for myself and my partner when we moved to the Preston Park area. They were extremely informative which helped us feel confident as first time buyers. They went above and beyond to ensure they had answered all our questions. They remained in continual contact with us, the seller’s solicitors, our solicitors and our mortgage broker. They genuinely really helped us on this journey of moving house which can be stressful. I would like to highlight Donna the Sales Progressor in particular - she looked after us so well and we are forever grateful for her effort and support. Even after we moved in, they answered some of our queries. This is an excellent Estate Agency and would recommend to anyone.
