Great quote for starters.On time, friendly, professional and worked all day long-it was a very long day.We had furniture going to 2 different destinations.Paul and Kia were brilliant.Joy made the process run smoothly and they were all a pleasure to deal with.Would highly recommend them and I certainly won’t use anyone else in the future.

Unsure about their removal services, however their customer services obviously require improvement. Me and my sister (2 young girls) were queuing to pump up the tyres of our car up as we were travelling to my university. As we were queuing, they flipped us off as they struggled to move their van past our car, however they nevertheless managed to manoeuvre past in the end. Think this behaviour was rude and an act of stupidity, especially as they had their logo on the removal van itself.

Elite Move, moved me yesterday and l have received excellent service from first contact to a completely stress free move yesterday. 3 great guys - cheerful and polite, they arrived early as promised and worked tirelessly in difficult circumstances - access not brilliant front or back of property! They treated my belongings with great care and respect.A special mention too for Joy of Elite. Absolutely outstanding, and she truly is a JOY! Nothing is too much trouble and she has kept me informed regarding my move every step of the way.This truly has been the most positive moving experience ever for me!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Vicky was so friendly and helpful throughout the booking process especially as I couldn't give definite dates until days before due to moving into a new build. The Crew on the day were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, every room was left neat and tidy. They looked after my furniture and genuinely cared about the job in hand. Would recommend to anyone wanting a professional, friendly,caring and helpful team to assist with a house move. 5* on every level.

Very professional, friendly and helpful company.Joy in the office is extremely friendly and helpful and the crew packing and delivering site were brilliant.They arrived on the Wednesday to start packing early for the Friday and you would not have known they were there.The Friday move; Packing the vans took hardly any time, thanks to their efficiency and unpacking took even less time. No damages to any of the furniture or properties.I am only sorry the crew had to wait around for our key release, but no complaints were had while they waited.I certainly recommend using them.

Ben and his 'crew' couldn't have been more helpful. Our move was on the hottest day of the year and there were no complaints and no half-measures. They worked under difficult conditions and stayed cheerful.Overall - the service was excellent - from start to finish. Vicky, in the office, managed the move and was in regular communication throughout. Very friendly, cheerful and understanding of all our needs.Highly recommended , professional service.

We recently used Elite Move for our house move. The guys arrived promptly on the day and made very good time in loading our boxes into the vans. They were polite and helpful throughout and didn’t mind even when there were delays in getting the keys for our new place. Vicky and Joy in the office were also very helpful throughout. Would recommend.
