Although there was some miscommunication initially with getting the car transferred from Coventry, when we went to view the car we were greeted by a friendly team of staff. We mainly dealt with Will who was extremely helpful and was able to deal with all of our queries. He came with us on our test drive and gave good communication regarding the car whilst out. Overall it was a really good experience and an easy place to deal with. I would recommend this garage and speaking with Will Matthews!

Went in looking to part exchange my car for something bigger. Matt greeted us and showed me around the car I was interested in. From start to finish he was an absolute pleasure . He gave me all the information needed and made the process smooth and simple. He was very patient with me and my young son, he even went the extra mile and helped getting our car seat into the new car. We have used this garage 3 times now and cannot recommend enough. Pleasure doing business and wouldn't hesitate to come back

Initially worried as it was a little difficult to get a hold of the branch via the switchboard but once i did the experience was first class. Very helpful, informative, no high pressure sales tactics or jargon. I was assisted by Mahmoud, Matt, Jack and Peter during my visit with different aspects and they could not do enough for me. From the test drive, rectifying any imperfection to aftercare it has been excellent, a very good car buying experience. I bought the car and have had no issues after 1 week so far (touch wood) but am confident if i do i will be looked after.

Speak as you find.......I went into the branch in Milton Keynes with some apprehension after reading the previous reviews.However, I can honestly say that I found everyone I dealt with to be polite, courteous, and very helpful.My experience can be explained as nothing other than excellent customer service.Nathan, Sandro and the receptionist on the sales floor were quite the opposite to what has been stated in other reviews. In fact I couldn’t fault their the service they provided. I have had a very positive experience all round and am a very happy customer.I was offered a reasonable price for my car and the car I purchased was comparable to other dealerships.I would not hesitate to recommend the branch and would certainly go back to them again.

Actual car, test drive and facility were fine. Matt the main sales person for the day was helpful and competent. It was a shame we were handed over to inexperienced people. The company's claim that the paperwork should take 30min was incorrect, as it took nearly 2hrs. There were some details missing on the system, such as the 128point check evidence. I was told this would be emailed out (with other items) but one weeks later I am still waiting, with no replies to my emails. I'd upgrade the review to 3.5 or 4 stars if the after sale service was good.Update - only after posting a 2 start review was I finally contacted. About 4 times in quick succession. One of the people stated that can only get in contract because I posted a review. However all missing parts were provided after this. 4 stars as we now have a good car, there was no haggling over the price, little pressure to buy, and all documents and extras have been provided, with no hidden costs.

I attended the Car Store and was initially seen by Will A who set up a test drive for me despite not making an appointment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked about the vehicle. Both Ali and Sandro were extremely helpful with my 100s of questions about finance and the entire process. They were professional and patient There was no hard selling involved, just a well oiled team of professionals who were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership. There are plenty of options and the staff are happy to help and answer questions.

These guys deserve a review.I waited to see if I would experience their post sales in case something went wrong with car but car has been fine.So went in to buy car couple of months ago, to be fair they were really busy so had to wait around a while.I knew what I wanted and met with salesman Tim,.Within minutes he showed me the car I wanted and I had a chance to look at all the documents relating to the car.He got me the figure I wanted quite quickly, unlike other salesman who disappear forever with multiple trips to the manager.The car was in a bit of a state with damage but he promised it would be sorted - which he lived up to. They serviced the car and put new tyres on and repaired the major damage.After the sale in the following week I asked for copy of log book and update on the repairs.Tim got back to me promptly with detailed response, sent scanned copy of the logbook and history which i felt was great service.On picking up car, i asked to confirm what the car had done and he printed me a copy of the service invoice which showed they had spent quite a bit of money on the car.Overall I had great service from Tim, got the deal I wanted on the car so no hesitation on recommending them.I was a bit nervous after reading reviews here but worked out absolutely fine.

Just bought a Range Rover from car Store Milton Keynes, and dealt with the sales team and Peter Murphy who was very helpful. They helped me collect the car the same day. I found the team overall very helpful and would not hesitate returning for another car in the future. Very pleased with the car I have bought, and would like to thank all the team for their time and support. I had an issue with the wheel balancing afterwards, but this was dealt with quickly and with no qualms with Alex making the bookings for me and making it all smooth.
