Steyning Museum
As a new resident of Steyning I'm very interested in its history. The museum does a stunning job in this. Very well laid out, the organisers clearly have a love of Steyning and a deep appreciation of history. So much to see (and read), don't miss Steyning Man. Super friendly staff, always willing to delve into the museum's archives to find that elusive fact.

The staff were great, the museum was not great. Very small. It is dated. It is relevant to point out that Steyning is a small town, I have see bigger villages. So it's great it has a museum and it is free. It's in a strange location to, sort of hidden, with steps to it. There is a way you could get a wheelchair or buggy in, but is not obvious.
