The Lash Lounge

I had my lashes done here 2 weeks ago for holiday and back today for an infill. I have very fine and short lashes so only go for classics. This is the best experience I have ever had having my lashes done, it was so quick! . I only lost a couple of lashes in the 2 weeks and had a 1 week holiday abroad in that time. Every other time I have had them done elsewhere it has taken well over an hour to 2 hours and they started falling out after a couple of days especially on hols. I was always told its because they are so fine and short. I had given up having them done and thought I would try 1 more time just for my hols. They have stayed on so well I went back today for maintenance. Hopefully I can continue to look like I have eyes lol (eyelash envy for those lucky to have long thick lashes) . Love it here! I would highly recommend trying out The Lash Lounge it's my new best friend :) and so well priced.

I needed a last minute appointment and the salon was nice enough to take me in. I had my eyelashes done before, but not this kind. Here you don’t have to close your eyes, and they are very quick at application. Maybe 30minutes. Which was quite surprising, especially since lashes usually take a lot longer to do. Before the appointment I asked for something natural, but also a little bit of a cat eye. When the girl finished and showed me the results, I wanted to cry. I put a lot of money and effort into my appearance, and these lashes ruined everything. I felt bad for asking the girl doing my lashes to fix them a little bit, but I think they just kept looking worse and worse and she had no clue what’s wrong with them. One eye looked decent but the other one looked completely different and not in a good way. The lashes weren’t blended in together, most of them were covered in thick glue, and were stuck to my eyelid. Once I got home they felt so hard and crusty. I wanted to rip them out. I think this service should be advertised better, because these are not your usual eyelash extensions, they are very overpriced cluster lashes that are temporary and last max few days… sadly it was a disappointing experience and I will stick with my regular eyelash extensions.

!!Do not go here for lash extensions!! Paid £45 for a set of natural classics. Appointment didn’t last longer than 35mins and they were applied sitting up with eyes open. I was happy with how they looked at first but on closer inspection you could see big clumps of black glue which was stuck to my eyelids which was really painful. My eyes got really puffy as the extensions were so hard and pointy and they were stabbing my eye lid. The extensions were cheep and looked like plastic. I was so disappointed considering the price and I was going on holiday the next day. I had to buy remover online and take them off myself.

Absolutely love The Lash Lounge. I’ve been getting eyelashes with them since November 2017 and never had them off since. Girls are all fabulous, favourite place to be on a Saturday... leave feeling like a new woman all over again.You know they’re good when your own eyelashes are in AMAZING condition.I’m also a gym rat, and my eyelashes still last a full two weeks despite me being so active which is absolutely class. I get a new set of eyelashes every 4 weeks, with infills at the 2 week mark.I now have all my mates / colleagues getting them done as they all think they look amazing too. Once you go to lash lounge you can’t turn back!!!5*

Worst experience I’ve ever had with lashes. The shop was nice enough, staff were nice but for £40 I am not impressed. The lash lounge use a different method for applying the lashes were they do not use the pads under your eyes and they ask you to keep your eyes open while they apply the lashes so the glue runs into your eyes and causes them to sting. They also ask you to fan your eyes while they work which is a bit of a workout when your wanting to go relax while getting your lashes done. They looked ok after so I was happy enough for the first few hours. However the following day it felt like some lashes in the inner corner of my eye were coming out and they were extremely itchy and sore. This went on for a few days. Thankfully the itchiness has now stopped but it seems the glue is now softening because my eyes keep randomly sticking together every half hour and it’s really annoying. I feel like I can’t open my eyes fully and they have just felt completely irritated this whole experience. I’ve had my lashes done for years by others and have never had to go and leave a review to warn others. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place at all and considered going to get them taken off after 6 days because they’ve been so uncomfortable but didn’t want to go back here for it.

Literally feel so scammed by this place. Booked for hybrids, when the girl was taking me to the chair I said again I wanted hybrids... She did not give me hybrids. Literally 24 hours later and so many lashes have fallen out. No where do they mention that they apply lashes with your eyes open! They're charging the same price as a regular salon that would specialize in proper technique. All you have to go off is the price and considering it's a pretty standard price you would assume you're going for a standard practice, legitimate application. Nope. 30 mins for eyelash application is such a red flag, but they fail to mention this anywhere on their social media. These lashes are also not waterproof... What??? Like come on. Again, no mention of this until the lashes are literally done! Absolute sham. The absolute audacity to ask if you want to book for infills knowingly rightly people won't even get two weeks out of the lashes! I am honestly so disappointed and frustrated. Going on holiday in a few days and literally everyone else is booked up so I can't even get these travesties fixed. Please do not go here. You will waste your time and your money.

I have been going to The Lash Lounge for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job. Tania is amazing at waxing and tinting my eyebrows. The salon is also clean and lovely to sit in. The only con is the price of the lashes, £50.00 is a lot of money for silk lashes. But I highly recommend lash lounge.

Been coming here since I started getting my brows and lashes done. I moved further away and decided to try somewhere else closer to home but nowhere does them the way the girls in the Lash Lounge do. Lovely girls that make you feel so welcome and always leave me feeling and looking 10x better. Worth the long commute for me!
