Popped into MKM to have a look at kitchen counter tops and at first the process was fantastic I was allowed to take samples home to test the look, I decided to purchase a made to order length in which all my details were taken down for billing and delivery.Fast forward 2 weeks and I have a phone call to tell me they will deliver the counter top in a few days time and they needed my delivery address as it didn't save on the system, I gave them my address again and made sure someone would be home in the 7am - 12pm window (Bank Holiday Monday)On that particular day I woke from my night shift to 4 missed calls and my partner telling me they didn't deliver it, she called to find out why at 12 when they shut to be told they needed the delivery address because it didn't save on the system.On the following morning I call to give them the address for the third time and was told it would be delivered that day late in the afternoon and they would call me to give me a rough time. I had gone out in the morning to return at lunch time to the counter top rested up against my front door, I hadn't relieved a call.The product is in acceptable condition but the customer service has been questionable, bare this in mind when visiting this branch.
