Just outside of the Southampton city centre you can find the Cake Box. Location looks very decent and clean. The inside of the store is also very attractive. We bought 5 (eggfree) slices of cake. Hopefully the cakes taste as good as they look.

Yummy, and fresh selection of cakes, served by friendly staff! The cream tastes fuller, and sponge melts in your mouth... I certainly prefer these cakes to others! My go to birthday cake shop in Southampton! :D

I ordered cake at Southampton branch and noticed a very rubbish customer service. My order was £ 47.99 and nearly 8- 10 cake I’m ordering each year. I forget to pick money from home and have children with me. I asked the girl to give me the bag but she totally denied to give me as I left money in home and can’t take cake in hand I think cake box is rubbish and don’t care the customer. If I pay nearly £ 500 each year for cake then 10 p bag is nothing for me , but she not understand.. please remove such rubbish staff from this branch. I want give you negative feedback

Always enjoy the Eggless cakes from this store. A Cake can be shared within 2 adults as the cakes are big. Only problem is they have the same flavours and no new update on the flavours.

Tonight we thought we'd order ourselves a treat and boy what a treat it was! The cakes are delightfully delicious, light 'n fluffy, totally tasty and absolutely authentic. Would highly recommend!

The customer service rubbish, they say one thing and then when the cake is done they say another, then they deny everything, make you look like you didn’t say it. Wish I spent my 147.99 else where .Don’t waste your money there on pathetic staff and ect

Love this place for cakes and muffins. Good quality and tasty.. that’s what I thought at first but in few weeks they hiked their prices as you can see in old pick and if you buy now...plus it’s so full of same flavour that no matter what you get it is same cream in every cake same flavourUnless added from top like bounty or Maltese etc. It’s bit boring after few times ...
