I would give them 10 stars if I could.They did our bedrooms,stairs and landing before Christmas.Price and fitting was excellent.Now having our conservatory done by them and we have had to change our fitting date twice due to decorating not being finished and they have been so good about it.Moira is so obliging and nothings to much trouble.Top class service.

Not a nice experience at all, walked in shop to get idea of cost for few carpets we need replacing, lady in store was very rude, short and difficult just to try and talk to.Refused to let me have a sample to look through with my partner and was very persistently trying to get a salesman to come round my home and measure up, sorry but with covid and a new born baby I don't want strangers in my home for hours trying to sell me something, when I told her that she said we cant help you then goodbye.So incredibly rude and unprofessional.Will be using Ludham Carpets instead who are local and much more friendly and professional to deal with.

From entering the shop to speak to Caroline who was friendly and helpful with her advice. Fitter came to measure for quote very knowledgeable. Customer service excellent chose our fitting date and fitter arrived on time, we had carpet removed and quality vinyl laid in our caravan. Absolutely thrilled with the result, fitter has done a beautiful job. Highly recommend this very professional team.

Won’t go anywhere else! Stalham Carpets have nearly finished fitting out my entire house, no job too much trouble. High level of fitting, wonderful customer service, professional, friendly family business who know exactly what my needs are. Highly recommended!

Appalling service do not use this company.Fitting prices change when they feel like it and they don't stick to fitting days.Now left with no carpet and got shouted at down the phone and told to take my business elsewhere.
