We used GigLoo for one of our cycling events and they were great to work with. They delivered the loos in good time for the event and exactly where we wanted on the site even though we weren't able to be there when they were delivered. Loos themselves were clean and in great condition. Collection was also handled by them, no problem. Their comms are good and I get the feeling they would deal with any issues in a positive way. The prices was also very competitive. We'll use them again and recommend them.

I worked with GigLoo on a festival this summer, we worked with numerous toilet/shower suppliers from the South East but found GigLoo to be exceptional. The units themselves were beautiful but what elevated them above their competitors was the customer service, we had a last minute request and they managed to accommodate us.Then when on site when we had a minor operational issue, they sent someone out immediately to talk us through how to resolve the issue if it happened again - which worked for the remainder of our show. They also offered to swap the unit if their resolution didn’t work - but it did!Looking forwards to working with them again.

I have been super happy and impressed with the service and support I have received from your company from the beginning.From the beginning with the quotes and all the additional changes and additions we added throughout and at sort notice during.During the event we definitely experienced challenges with the extreme heat, the water pressure and multiple other things.All of your staff who delivered and attended onsite were incredible and I couldn’t speak highly enough of.I want to give a special mention to Simon. This man went above and beyond and truly supported us and me personally throughout.We were derailing with quite an intense situation with the heat and people needing showers and water.He was there through thick and thin, whilst also answering the phone to me when he was off duty at home.I could not of done the event without him and his support, he was as important to the success of the festival and the personal wellbeing of all the people on site as much as me or anyone else involved in the festival. To me he is a hero and a legend.Give that man a raise! Or at the very least please make sure he feels as valued as he deserves.We will absolutely be working with you again next year.Although probably with a few more showers and toilets!

We hired the 2+1 toilets via Gigloo for our wedding toilet, they were very professional throughout and were great to communicate with too. No complaints at all, they did the job perfectly. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you,
