I am fuming!! I went to get a repeat prescription from Hurley Surgery to find the were closed. I got there at 6.00pm and all shutters were down when they are suppose to be open until 6.30pm!! Its a good job it was not something I needed straight away. Really not impressed!!

I rang Hurley Surgery & spent 10 minutes waiting for reception to answer the phone, it's quicker to drive to surgery, which is what I'll have to do now!

Only been registered with the surgery for 9 months but had to contact them a few times, yes I've had to wait for the phone to be answered but the staff are always pleasant and helpful and I always manage to get an appointment,all doctors I've spoken to so far have been lovely . Very pleased with the service so far. Thankyou and well done
